About Gretchen

Welcome! I’m Gretchen, an Empath and Psychic Medium dedicated to helping others navigate their emotional and spiritual journeys.

My Journey

From a young age, I had the ability to deeply feel the emotions of those around me as well as the ability to perceive information beyond the ordinary. These abilities have shaped my understanding of the human experience and have allowed me to help others understand their own journey through life.

Like all humans, I was born with these abilities, including the ability to see spirit. However, like many, by the time I reached school age, my ability to see spirit became blocked. When I reached my 30’s I discovered I could reclaim this ability, so I began attending mediumship circles and meditating more often. With time and practice this treasured gift reawakened in me and for the past 20 years I have been able to connect with spirits to offer messages from loved ones who have passed, bringing comfort and closure to those seeking connection.

All my abilities are intertwined, providing a holistic approach to healing and understanding.
